Obra Gad
Nestled at 3,500 meters, Obra Gad Valley is a hidden gem nestled between the Rupin and Supin Valleys. True to its name, the "Hidden River" doesn't reveal itself until deep into the trek. A mountaineering paradise, Obra Gad Valley offers a plethora of unnamed and unclimbed peaks for climbers of all levels. The trail winds through dense forests, expansive alpine meadows, and scenic waterfalls, culminating in a breathtaking view of Ranglana Peak. Each year, locals from nearby villages embark on a pilgrimage from Jakhol to the Obra Temple, located at the head of the valley. This sacred journey reflects the deep reverence they hold for this pristine and awe-inspiring region.
